A PERFECT METAL FRAME FOR SOPHISTICATED FASHION

The fashion house Nagl in St.Johann/ Pongau enjoys the fresh look it received in October 2019.

On 1,500 sqm sales area, Tyroleans are offered clothes ranging from sporty to elegant and classic. The expansion and conversion of the sales area created more space for branded goods and a stylish lounge area for shoppers and their companions who prefer following events while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of prosecco.

The building’s exterior was upgraded by means of an approx. 400m2 expanded metal façade in state-of-the-art ProMetall design. The expanded metal type “Innsbruck”, aluminium 2mm, anodised, frames a huge display window and provides a stylish background for large-size advertising promotions. An impressive backdrop for a department store that understands how to present itself in today’s world.

EXPANDED METALS – practical and elegant

Expanded metals and expanded grates are made of a single piece of metal to ensure there are no strands causing wear and tear and no weighed-down connections or welding seams. As a result, the sustainable, robust material exhibits significant strength and surface stability which makes it ideal for use in façade design. Various materials can be used, the mesh is generally diagonal, hexagonal, round or square, neither twisted nor welded. Depending on the type, various effects are possible. The material retains its inner stability even when it is cut.
Due to their 3-dimensional character, façades made of expanded metal turn into “eye catchers”.
