It is the seventh municipal institution of this kind and closes an important care gap on the so-called train station side, North of the Inn, which did not have a public nursery school until now.

The new construction is part of the visionary urban development project “Schwaz Urban”, a future-oriented building concept directly adjacent to the train station, combining living, work and life in a new way. In cooperation with OeBB and the city of Schwaz, EGLO-Immobilien built around 80 flats, office and trade areas, a catering / restaurant area with Sky bar and over 1,000 m² for children’s education and creativity.

ProMetall was able to contribute a special creative accent to this lively ensemble: expanded metals type “62×25×5” made of 1.5 mm aluminium, manufactured in a special format and equipped with a matte RAL 9005 C3 powder coating were used for this project. The high-quality ceiling cladding lends the interior an urban atmosphere. Materials otherwise known from designer restaurants, galleries or concept stores, find a new platform. The clear design language of the expanded metal creates an atmosphere that is modern, open and playful at the same time. The project proves that carefully considered design can set new standards in the educational sector.
